Contract.

Between the municipality of Waltham and M. Kidd & Sons LTD, the contract is for the sum of 125 000$ for the season 2021-2022. 

The contractor is responsible to supply the sand and salt for the duration of the contract. 

The season is from November 1st 2021 to April 30th 2022 payments will be made according to an agreement between the municipality and the contractor .
